MY WORK

Below is where you can find just a small sample of some of my creative media work which I have produced within the last couple of months. They range from audio to visual and should give you a little bit more of an insight into what I am all about as a producer and what you would get from me if ever you wanted a great job doing.

The first piece of work which I ever produced was the music video for Shooting Heights. When we first met the band, they had various ideas on what they wanted the video to look like with it being for their first ever single. Although myself and the other producers who I was with at the time had a vision of the finished product, it was vastly important that we took the band's thoughts into consideration as after all, this video would be a representation of them. Their single 'Caught In A Bad Place' is really fast paced so the video had to match up to that by having the narrative almost like a romance which had been on and off for a while. There is a few technical problems that I am having in uploading this video at the moment but as soon as everything is sorted, the video will be on this page straight away.

Alongside the music video, I also made a podcast with my co host at the time Chloe Greensmith about the band 5 Seconds Of Summer. This was the first ever podcast that I created and goes into detail about particular things like who our favourite member was and also how we were first introduced to the band. It was great to record as I had a lot of fun but there ended up being a huge amount of content so it took me a while to edit but I think you'll enjoy listening to it.

I've additionally added some photographs that I once took whilst I was on holiday down in beautiful Cornwall. Photography isn't necessarily my strong point but it was a very scenic place to visit so I felt that I should capture the moment.

Another piece of work which you will see will be the radio advert. The inspiration for this come about from my love of Take That! It was so enjoyable to make and I think my most favourite of all so far.

You will be able to watch below the inspirational short film that myself and Chloe Greensmith made for our joint final major project. The narrative of the video tells a story of two teenagers who have lost their way in life down to reasons like depression and feeling lost but through the powers of radio and music producing have got themselves back on track. The song used in the video is City Of Angels by

30 Seconds To Mars which you can see because we have included some footage of the band in order to make the short film a mixture of both performance and narrative based.

I also have my new radio advert which is promoting a new and upcoming book called Miasma by the author Katie May Benn.

I made this quite a while ago now but this specific title was due out in June 2018 so we wanted to get the audience hearing about it at an early stage as this will give the best chances of it being popular and a bestseller when it's released.

My most recent piece of work is now available to listen to below and that is my Table Tennis sportscast which I have turned into a 19 minute segment and could be broadcast on National College Radio in the future. It includes plenty of discussion regarding the Table Tennis World Cup which has recently been held in London and also an interview with a Table Tennis coach from Stoke On Trent.
